These Terms of Service govern your use of the Emergency Food Shop website (emergencyfoodshop.com) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging may vary.

All products are intended for emergency preparedness and survival use. They are not intended to replace a regular balanced diet.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay).

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it enters our fulfilment process. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

All shipments are tracked and insured. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Emergency Food Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
