How long do emergency food rations last?

Our rations have a shelf life of up to 5 years when stored in a cool, dry place. Each product page lists the exact shelf life for that product.

Do the rations require water or cooking?

No. All our rations are ready to eat straight from the packaging – no water, cooking, or utensils required.

How many calories are in one pack?

A standard 500g ration bar provides approximately 2,500 kcal – enough to sustain one person for 24 hours in an emergency situation.

Are the products suitable for people with allergies?
