What are emergency food rations?
Emergency food rations are compact, calorie-dense food bars designed to sustain a person during emergencies, disasters, or survival situations. They require no cooking or preparation and have a long shelf life.
Are your products halal certified?
Selected products are Halal certified, including our Seven Oceans range and BP-ER rations. Please check the individual product page and packaging for product-specific certification information.
Who are emergency rations for?
Our products are used by individuals building emergency kits, military and rescue services, humanitarian organizations, sailors, hikers, and anyone preparing for unexpected situations.
Product Questions
How long do emergency food rations last?
Shelf life depends on the product and its storage conditions. Check the individual product page for details and follow the storage instructions on the packaging. Refer to the date printed on each pack, as dates vary by batch.
Do the rations require water or cooking?
No. All our rations are ready to eat straight from the packaging – no water, cooking, or utensils required.
How many calories are in one pack?
A 500 g (1.10 lb) pack of Seven Oceans emergency food rations provides 2,500 kcal and contains 9 bars divided into 18 tablets. Energy content differs between products, so check the individual product page and label. The calorie figure describes the contents of the pack, not a guaranteed number of days of food for one person.
Are the products suitable for people with allergies?
Ingredients and allergens differ between products. Check the ingredient and allergen information on the product page and packaging before consuming. Halal certification or suitability for vegetarians does not mean a product is allergen-free.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship via FedEx (tracked & insured courier service) or tracked international mail, depending on the destination country.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination. Most international orders are delivered within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and carrier.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All our shipments are tracked and insured. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
